By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

- Reverse engineering
- 3D rendering
- CAD modeling
- Prototyping
- Small-scale manufacturing
- Related consulting and technical services
All services are subject to availability and project acceptance.

Users may create accounts to:
- Submit projects
- Upload files
- Purchase services
- Track orders
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting login credentials
- All activity occurring under their account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

User Content and Uploaded Materials
Users represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all uploaded materials. Users may not upload content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates laws or regulations
- Contains malicious code or harmful material
- Violates export-control laws
- Contains restricted military or defense-regulated materials without prior written approval
We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property and Confidential Projects
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Users retain ownership of materials they upload.
- The Company retains ownership of its proprietary tools, workflows, designs, templates, methodologies, and Website content.
Custom deliverables may be subject to separate written agreements regarding intellectual property ownership and licensing.
The Company agrees to treat non-public customer inventions, prototypes, and confidential engineering materials with commercially reasonable confidentiality protections.

Payments may be processed through:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- WooCommerce
Users agree to provide accurate payment information.
Invoices must be paid according to stated payment terms.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Due to the custom and technical nature of our services:
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Deposits and milestone payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.
- Manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors may be addressed at our discretion.

If subscription-based services are offered:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle.
- Failure to cancel within the required period may result in renewal charges.

Manufacturing and Prototype Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that prototypes, rendered products, manufactured parts, 3D printed components, and fabricated items may contain:
- Minor dimensional variations
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Material inconsistencies
- Tolerance deviations
- Surface artifacts
- Variations inherent to manufacturing processes
Engineering prototypes and sample products are not guaranteed to be production-grade unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customer is solely responsible for testing, validating, and approving all deliverables before commercial, industrial, medical, automotive, aerospace, safety-critical, or consumer use.

Safety-Critical and Regulated Use Disclaimer
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company’s services and deliverables are not certified for use in:
- Medical devices
- Aerospace systems
- Firearms or weapons systems
- Life-support applications
- Automotive safety systems
- Industrial safety systems
- Mission-critical applications
Customer assumes all risks associated with such uses.

Customer is solely responsible for:
- Verifying design accuracy
- Confirming manufacturability
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Validating product safety
- Confirming regulatory compliance
- Ensuring suitability for intended use
The Company does not guarantee that customer-submitted designs are safe, patentable, manufacturable, or legally compliant.

Users may not use the Website or services in violation of:
- U.S. export-control laws
- ITAR regulations
- EAR regulations
- Sanctions programs
- Trade restrictions
The Company reserves the right to reject projects involving export-controlled technologies.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless On Demand 3D LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Customer-submitted materials
- Intellectual property disputes
- Product misuse
- Manufacturing use
- Regulatory violations
- Personal injury or property damage related to customer products or designs
- Violations of these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law: On Demand 3D LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Product recalls
- Manufacturing defects caused by customer specifications
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Services and Website functionality are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous Website availability
- Error-free operation
- Suitability for specific purposes
- Patentability
- Commercial success
- Manufacturing tolerances beyond agreed specifications
Engineering and manufacturing outcomes may vary based on materials, usage conditions, customer specifications, and third-party factors.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Company’s services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
Either Party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.

Users may not:
- Use the Website unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful software
- Interfere with Website operations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Use services for illegal manufacturing activities
- Submit prohibited export-controlled materials

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Florida.
